We can confirm that Academy graduate Adam Hutchinson has joined cinch League One side Dumbarton on loan for the remainder of the season.
The all action defender spent the first half of the season on loan at Lowland League side University of Stirling - gaining some valuable first team minutes.
Adam now makes his way into the SPFL pyramid at just 18 years old, where The Sons will be eyeing a finish in the top half of League One.
Everyone at Dundee United wishes Adam success during his loan spell and look forward to welcoming him back to Tannadice at the end of the season.
