We can confirm 18-year-old Darren Watson has been loaned to cinch League One side East Fife until the end of the season.
The Academy graduate made his debut against Rangers last season, and has since gone on to make eight further appearances for the first team, with Darren playing 90 minutes against Ayr United in the Premier Sports Cup and also in our recent match at Ibrox.
Darren will now team up with former United manager Stevie Crawford as he looks to lead them out of their relegation battle at the foot of the division.
Everyone at the club would like to wish Darren and East Fife all the best for the remainder of the 2021/22 campaign.
